About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to lead our business development efforts in the Stoke area.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the business forward, increasing sales, and ensuring that the company's brand is upheld with their reputation. This includes overseeing the procurement and supply of medicine, leading and motivating team performance, and ensuring that the pharmacy operates and adheres to GPhC standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and optimize team performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the procurement and supply of medicine.
  • Support the pharmacy and team in hitting targets.
  • Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and Private services.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and hard work, we offer a competitive salary up to £60,000, pension contribution, bonuses, and a generous holiday allowance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in pharmacy management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid DBS and membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
