About the Company
">BMS Performance, market leaders in sales recruitment, are seeking three ambitious graduates to join their team as Client-Facing Sales Executives. This business-to-business sales role will involve meeting new business prospects, developing relationships with existing customers, and liaising with the sales team to forge sales strategies.
">Responsibilities
">- Meet new business prospects and work with them to create long-term customers
- Maintain and develop relationships with an existing customer base
- Liaise with the sales team on market trends to help forge sales strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
">A strong relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling to different places every day to meet new people and have a driving license. Resilience and tenacity are essential in navigating the ups and downs of sales, along with motivation to work towards targets.
">Package Offered
">- £26k base salary
- £36k OTE

- 25 days holiday + bank holiday
