We are currently seeking a Senior Social Care Professional to join our team in North West England. This role involves working closely with our client's senior leadership team to foster collaborative practice improvement and create a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in working with children and young people. They will be committed to delivering high-quality services and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social care professional to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our client's senior leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues;
  • Providing guidance and support to our client's staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality services;
  • Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure that our client's services are meeting the needs of children and young people;
  • Developing and implementing new initiatives to improve the quality of our client's services;
  • Collaborating with other organisations to share best practices and improve outcomes for children and young people.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in social care, with experience in working with children and young people;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services;
  • Knowledge of current policies and legislation relevant to the Children and Young People sector.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
