We're seeking an experienced Advanced Social Worker to join our team at Social Care Connections, a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to the Children and Young People sector within Social Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families in North West England.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Social Worker with significant post-qualification experience (3+ years), particularly in children's services. They will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as a solid grasp of child development, attachment theory, and the impact of trauma.

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • An initial 3-month minimum contract to create stability for our children and young people
  • Up to £42 per hour limited company rate, based on experience
  • A 35-hour week with a hybrid working model, 3 days in Liverpool City region per week
  • A supportive and permanent team and manager

Estimated salary: £45,600 - £60,800 per annum, depending on experience. We welcome applications from experienced social workers who are passionate about making a positive impact.
