Child-Centred Team Director

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our new children's home in Liverpool, specialising in providing therapeutic care to young people.
About the Job:This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of young people, working in a child-centred therapeutic environment.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the children's home in line with our organisation's ethos, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes as per the home's statement of purpose.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an Ofsted-regulated children's home rated good or above.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000, commensurate with experience, and the chance to work with a supportive team in a child-centred therapeutic environment.
