About the Job:
The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating new sales leads and meeting targets. This role involves prospecting, creating quote appointments, and delivering leads for a suite of products. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work on their own initiative, and manage their workload effectively.

About You:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be capable of working co-operatively with other teams, and demonstrate resilience and ability to work under pressure. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is also required.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £28k FTE, plus commission and bonus payments. Benefits include 28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) per year rising to 33 days after two years' service, pension, and private medical insurance. Key Responsibilities:
• Create quote appointments targeted at 40 per month with an income target of £5,000 per month.
• Manage own prospects, developing into quality sales appointments.
• Investigate and research prospects, updating data, identifying key decision makers, and business profiles.
• Obtain and confirm prospects renewal dates.
• Deliver leads for a suite of products: Energy, Telecoms, IT, Employee Benefits, Recruitment & Consultancy, Business Supplies, Health Protection, Wealth Management & Finance, and Risk Management.
• Attend New Business team meetings and huddles.
• Ad-hoc project support.

Requirements:
• Demonstrable ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
• Proven track record of strong client relationships.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working on own initiative and managing own workload effectively.
• Able to work co-operatively with other teams.
• Demonstrate resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
