New Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team in North Manchester. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the field of flat roofing products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing project procurement from the outset to conclusion with strong tracking and project management emphasis
- Selling into a mix of Architects, Specifiers, End Users/Building Owners, Local Authorities, Main Contractors, and Approved Contractors
- Utilising Company database to glean information
- Prepare and deliver CPD seminars / presentations
- Liaison with the Marketing Department / external telesales and internal teams
- Liaison with the Technical Department – Technicians and Administrators to resolve technical queries and progression of detail drawings
