Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic Telesales team at Altius Group. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital role in presenting our B2B services to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities- Present our services and work as a team to achieve our goal of being the number 1 Business broker in the UK
- Ensure quality bookings are set up as appointments for our Associate Director team
- Use persuasive language and active listening skills to present company services and products to potential clients to secure interest
- Gather and document information about the customer and accurately record those conversations through our CRM system
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, colleagues, and the field sales team
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience
- Proven track record of organising and planning skills
- Up to £24,000 Basic Salary per year
- Realistic Uncapped OTE
