Job Summary

Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust is looking for a skilled Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or Registered Nurse with an anaesthetic qualification to join our theatre team. This is a unique opportunity to work across various specialized theatres, including robotic surgery, general surgery, maxfax, obs and gynae, trauma and orthopaedics, ophthalmology, or vascular surgery.

Responsibilities
  1. Support clinical excellence by providing high standards of care as per theatre standards and trust guidelines.
  2. Document patient condition and progress, reporting concerns to medical staff and senior theatre staff.
  3. Participate in all elements of care throughout the patient's pathway through theatres from admission to discharge.
