About the Position:

Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or Registered Nurse with an Anaesthetic Qualification to join our Theatre Team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with consultants, nursing staff, and other specialties. This includes assessing patients' immediate and ongoing needs, developing individualised plans of care, and making decisions on the most appropriate method of care.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within anaesthetics, scrub, or recovery and possess a Degree Level Qualification. They will also have the ability to assess, plan, prioritise, deliver, and evaluate patient care.
