Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Central Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in adult mental health community settings and be passionate about providing high-quality care to service users.

**About the Role:**
As a Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing treatment for service users who require depot medication and Clozaril treatment. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that care plans are co-produced with service users and carers, and that they are kept up to date and relevant.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide treatment for service users who require depot medication and Clozaril treatment
* Ensure care plans are co-produced with service users and carers
* Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
* Contribute to the development of the Community Mental Health Service by using evidence-based practice

**Salary:** £38,890 - £44,884 per annum

**Location:** Northamptonshire
