Community Mental Health Nurse Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within our adult mental health community setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing treatment for service users who require depot and Clozaril treatment.
You will ensure that care plans are co-produced with service users and carers, and are kept up-to-date and relevant. Additionally, you will contribute to the delivery and development of the Community Mental Health Service by using evidence-based practice in line with agreed national standards for clinical practice.
As a keyworker, you will liaise and share information with others involved in the care of highly complex service users, adhering to the Consent to Share Information Policy.
