Dynamic Community Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join our outstanding Community Mental Health Team in Northamptonshire.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to clinical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. They will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and developing junior medical staff and other team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of innovative treatment approaches
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and improve service delivery
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
