Job Overview:

We are recruiting for a Part-Time Senior Staff Nurse to join our Community Service in Northampton. This role will involve working within our Supportive Transition Service, supporting individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes or community settings.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • To assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled nurse who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of mental health and learning disability care principles and practices.
