Job Title: Home Health Nurse Specialist

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering high clinical standards
  • Develop tailored care plans based on individual residents' needs
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff to enhance their skills

**Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
  • Strong up-to-date clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
