**NICU Registered Nurse Job Summary:**
This full-time Registered Nurse position is available in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Jefferson Health. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage the health needs of critically ill newborns
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient information
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
