We are recruiting for an accomplished International Benefits Specialist to join our client, a prominent global asset management firm. As the Head of Employee Benefits for their international region, you will play a crucial role in shaping their international benefits strategy. Your expertise will ensure that the company remains competitive, compliant, and operationally effective in the global market.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in international benefits, preferably covering EMEA and APAC. Additionally, you should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. The salary for this position is estimated to be £120-130,000 per annum plus strong on-target bonus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the development of the international benefits agenda, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to support business growth
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to define new strategies and drive business success
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas counterparts and driving global collaboration
  • Leading the wellbeing strategy, working closely with HR teams to design and implement initiatives
