About the Opportunity
Starling Bank is seeking a skilled Compensation Partner to join our People Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Reward in delivering our compensation strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential in designing and implementing effective compensation structures, policies, and practices that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation-related projects, including annual pay reviews, gender pay reporting, and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation information, including spreadsheets and HR systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation matters to employees, People Partners, and other teams across the organization.

Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in compensation, reward operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
