We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Strictly Recruitment. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day management of all facilities requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the storage, maintenance, and archiving of documents and files, utilizing a computerized database system.
  • Assist the Facilities Supervisor with health and safety requirements, including new starter inductions and record maintenance.
  • Cover mail room duties on a daily basis.
  • Assist with office and meeting room set-ups.
  • Provide support to internal clients regarding stationery and miscellaneous requests.
  • Offer reprographics support to all departments as needed.
  • Order stationery, lighting, and other consumables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C (including English and Maths).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or office environment.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Client service-focused.
