We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director II to join our team at Labcorp. This is an excellent opportunity to shape our growth strategy within European territories and drive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in real-world data and outcomes research
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  5. Provide thought leadership and expertise in real-world data and outcomes research to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on pharmaceutical and biotech industries
  2. Strong understanding of real-world data and outcomes research, with experience in sales and business development
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  5. Executive presence, with successful presentation and communication capabilities
