Business Development Manager

SER Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Derby. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing and executing strategies to bring on new clients, and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyse market trends to identify opportunities and target clients
- Develop and execute strategies to bring on new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs
- Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities and new technologies to provide insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven industry experience selling Mobile, Connectivity and VoIP of at least 2 years
- Proven experience selling business to business within Telecoms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients
Package:
£30,000-£35,000 plus uncapped commission structure, car allowance or company car, 20 days + bank holiday, and opportunity for professional growth and career development.
