Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to propel our Plantscape business to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the National Services Director to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Working cross-functionally with other idverde departments to evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Setting clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team and providing coaching and support.
  • Supporting the sales team in nurturing and developing key customers to capture market share.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure effective utilisation.
  • Contributing to product development initiatives to meet customer needs and market demands.
