An exciting role has become available at Redline Group Ltd, a leading design and manufacturing company. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Derby.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding revenue streams, and developing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow sales, revenue, and profits
  • Bring in new business (90% new business, 10% existing)
  • Update CRM systems
  • Provide a consultative approach to understand customer requirements
  • Run sales campaigns
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve company goals
  • Be willing to learn and be coachable
