Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a busy team of Membership Advisors to maximize membership opportunities
  • Set and achieve KPIs and targets, ensuring the team is supported in line with company values
  • Meet regularly with the team to monitor performance and provide guidance
  • Develop a high level of customer service and ensure excellence at all times
  • Empower team members to become subject matter experts with a deep understanding of customer needs and product knowledge

About You:

  • Experience in membership management, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate and drive a sales team to success
  • Experience working with external and internal customers/staff
