Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target and pursue new business opportunities through telephone and in-person outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales interactions and opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
