Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding sales team at Stirling Warrington, a leading supplier of building materials and products used in the refurbishment sector.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up to £25,000 per annum, with an estimated OTE of £45,000 in the first year. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer excellent benefits, including:

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for confident and enthusiastic individuals to build strong relationships with specialist companies in the refurbishment sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive in their approach to outbound sales, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.

The role involves:

  • Be proactive in your approach to outbound sales, selling the ranges of chemical-based products to target new customers and existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with specialist companies through regular contact and support
  • Offer assistance and guidance to customers regarding the selection of products and application
  • Maintain accurate records and information in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and sales
