Job Summary:

Cherry Professional is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to actively introduce and promote extensive products to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and technology, with a strong ability to develop and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and achieve sales targets set each month
  • Maximise sales by continually expanding opportunities with upsell and cross-selling skills
  • Keep detailed communication notes via spreadsheet for your customer base
  • Ensure that customers are provided with accurate information in relation to their quotes, orders and queries as required
  • Continually develop your product and technical knowledge of our products to ensure you remain up to date within our market
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCSE Maths & English of level 5 or above
  • Some experience within an internal sales role advantageous but not essential
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage your own time efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent and confident communication skills - both verbally and written
  • Identify peak periods and adapt accordingly
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
