Sales and Business Development Representative

Welcome to First Fence, where security meets innovation. We're a leading provider of temporary fencing solutions, and we're looking for a talented Sales Advisor to join our team.
About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to play a vital role in the growth of our business. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for meeting the needs of existing clients and seeking opportunities to extend our client base further.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of inbound sales calls, take orders, payments, and process sales
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain customer accounts
- Meet targets and KPIs to ensure business growth
- Offer reliable product advice and promote our brand and products
- Send out and chase quotes, and keep records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Self-motivated, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and contribute to the team's success
