About the Role
The Regional Account Manager drives revenue growth, increases customer loyalty, and promotes our brand reputation through long-term client relationships and high-value growth opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact, addressing client needs, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships and identify high-value growth opportunities.
- Record client engagement and communication using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with local and global business functions to support go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain exceptional client engagement through phone, email, and social media.
- Able to travel to clients regularly, visiting targeted locations each month.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English; Portuguese is an asset.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
