About the Opportunity

Hawley Woods School is a specialist day school dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students who are neurodivergent with diverse Speech and Language and Communication needs. We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to enhance their communication skills and overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of students with SLCN and ASD
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide ongoing support and supervision
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and annual appraisals to ensure effective communication and teamwork

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated at £45,000-£65,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and networking within our team.
