">Job Description

As a Speech and Language Therapist at Kedleston Group Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication skills and overall wellbeing of our students, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will be an integral part of our growing team working across Hawley Woods School (Hampshire) and Fernways School (Surrey).

You will manage your own caseload and work flexibly, providing therapy services to children and young pupils according to clinical need and in close liaison with the highly specialist clinical team covering both schools. You will participate actively in multi-disciplinary meetings, staff meetings, supervision, training, and annual appraisals.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with other clinicians in the group and contribute to the development of Speech and Language Therapy services across Kedleston Group. Clinical supervision will be provided by internal Senior Speech and Language Therapists or funded externally.
