We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our specialist smoking cessation service in Redbridge.


This role will involve providing professional and efficient administrative support to our team of smoking cessation advisors, apprentices, and volunteers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and systems to manage referrals into our service, booking clients into clinics and satellites, and ensuring that all correspondence is responded to promptly.


You will work closely with our team leader to develop the role and new processes, and will be responsible for leading on recontacting clients who disengage from support or who we have not been able to book in to start treatment. You will also be responsible for managing the ordering, distribution and replenishing of posters and leaflets across the borough.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of expanding a service to deliver specialist advice and support to improve the health and wellbeing of our local communities.


The successful candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience of working in an administrative role and be able to develop and implement processes and systems to support the effective running of a team.
