Administrative Support Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Children's Social Care team to support service delivery with administrative duties, case records, meetings, and data coordination.
We seek an experienced administrative professional with a passion for social care to join our team as a Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for the Service Manager.
- Service Coordination: Oversee service delivery, ensuring timely and efficient task execution.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation for services and executive activities.
- Project Management: Assist with planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines for projects.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in service coordination/executive assistant roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
