Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our administrative team in Magherafelt Hub. As a Service Administrator, you will work alongside project workers to deliver our vision and support the daily operations of the hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional communication skills to form positive working relationships with staff, service users, and other agencies
• Ability to maintain professional confidentiality
• Substantial office experience, including the use of IT packages such as MS Word and Excel
• Experience in managing systems to collect and monitor data

What We Offer:

• Hybrid working with some hours in the Magherafelt Shared Services Centre office base
• Part-time position with negotiable hours (20 hours)
• Fixed-term contract to 30 June 2025 (possible extension subject to funding)
• Salary range: £24,270 - £26,220 FTE
