Workshop Administrator

You will serve as a central point of contact for project-related enquiries, participate in post-project reviews, and capture lessons learned. You will order workshop consumables and project-related items, chair weekly packing schedule meetings, enter timesheets, and chase outstanding payments. You will also attend workshop team meetings and key production meetings, contributing new ideas to the dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including private healthcare, auto-enrolment pension scheme, and 23 days holiday. If you have a minimum of 1 year's understanding of existing supply chains and production processes, and can work under pressure and prioritise workload, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and effective in communication, able to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to work a minimum of 4 days per week at the workshop.
