Job Description:
About the Role:
This position is designed to provide higher-level administrative support to Little Heath School at the William Torbitt location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative knowledge of the SIMS pupil system and be ICT literate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of special educational needs provision.
- Provide administrative support to the SEN team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent administrative skills, including knowledge of SIMS.
- ICT literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is within the range of £25,578 to £35,577, dependent on grade and experience.
