Business Administrator Apprentice

Salary Band: £18,000 - £20,000 annuallyThe salary for this role takes into account your experience and location.

Main Duties:- Support the HR team with administrative tasks
- Handle various tasks related to the entire employee journey, from recruitment to departure, training, and performance evaluations
- Participate in achieving team goals by efficiently completing assignments and providing regular updates
- Ensure accurate, complete, and confidential employee records comply with relevant laws
- Update our HR software
- Maintain role specifics and confidentiality
- Cooperate in absence and holiday planning
- Assist in maintaining office efficiency
- Support printed material preparation (printing, scanning, and storage)
- Schedule meetings and candidate interviews
As part of this apprenticeship, you'll study for a Level 3 Business Administrator certification at our Stratford campus during daily sessions.
