About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Armstrong Knight. This exciting opportunity will see you providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: You will be responsible for greeting clients, handling phone calls, and transferring calls via our main switchboard.
- Administration Support: You will provide administration support to our team, including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, and formatting documents.
- Additional Tasks: You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, e-filing, manual filing, and archiving.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. A respectable knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. You must also be able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
