Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a key member of our office, you will provide administrative support to our team, handle telephone and reception duties, and perform various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through call handling, switching, and directing calls via the firm's main switchboard.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the team, including correspondence with clients, preparing production inventories for hearings, and maintaining organized files.
  • Proofread and format documents and correspondence accurately.
  • Assist in ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
  • E-file and manually file documents, ensuring they are securely archived.
  • Dispatch correspondence on behalf of the team to clients and third parties.
  • Support our charitable initiatives with administrative backing.
  • Manage new client account onboarding, update existing accounts, and related details.
  • Coordinate diary management.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts as needed, including sending client alerts, arranging training, and crafting engagement correspondence.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must possess experience in a similar position, boasting excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $40,000-$50,000.
