Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Company Overview: Armstrong Knight is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, including telephone and reception duties, as well as associated administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant personnel via our main switchboard.
  2. Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing correspondence for clients and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Format and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  4. Assist with ordering office supplies and managing the firm's inventory.
  5. E-file and manually file documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and securely stored.
  6. Send correspondence on behalf of the team to clients and third parties.
  7. Support the firm's charitable initiatives with administrative assistance.
  8. Administer new client accounts, amend existing accounts, and manage related details.
  9. Manage diaries and calendars, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  10. Assist with marketing initiatives, including client alerts, training arrangements, and engagement correspondence.

Requirements:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and possess a respectable knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
