We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to deliver tailored interventions and support students with diverse needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement individualized plans for students with special educational needs.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, helping them build confidence and achieve their learning goals.
- Adapt resources and strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience working with children, especially those with SEN (preferred but not essential).
- A relevant qualification, such as a CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (advantageous).
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children with diverse needs.
- Adaptable and willing to work in various school settings.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
