Job Title: SEN Teaching Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Support Specialist to join our supportive team in Redbridge.

This role requires an immediate start and offers a competitive daily rate of 90-110 pounds.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
  • Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning plans to help pupils achieve their potential.
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to adapt classroom activities.
  • Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
  • A valid DBS check registered on the update service (essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's development.
