Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £100 per day, paid on an hourly basis (8:30 am - 4 pm).

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a Lewisham-based school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in supporting students with SEN, preferably with experience working in a KS3/KS4 setting.
  • An up-to-date Safeguarding training certificate issued within the last year.
  • Holding an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or being willing to process a new application.
