We are seeking a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a highly skilled and compassionate individual, you will provide essential support to students with complex learning and behavioural difficulties in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-to-one and group support to Early Years students with complex needs, fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Work closely with class teachers to tailor lessons and activities to meet the unique needs of students with SEN.
- Support students in developing vital social, communication, and life skills.
- Regularly monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
- Experience working with children with complex needs in a primary school environment.
- An accredited qualification in special education or child development.
- Excellent knowledge of various learning needs, including physical disabilities and behavioural disorders.
- A patient and compassionate approach, with a genuine passion for supporting students with complex needs.
- Competitive salary: £95-£105 per annum.
