SEND Needs Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND Needs Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a key member of the educational support team, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with complex needs.
Responsibilities:- Support students with SEN in adapting to new environments and developing essential life skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Develop strong relationships with students, families, and teaching staff to ensure a cohesive support system.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records to inform future support strategies.
Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 per year based on London location and industry standards.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience working with children with complex needs.
- Relevant qualifications in special education or child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
