Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This role offers the opportunity to work with students who require additional support, making a significant impact on their educational journey.

About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome barriers and reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid DBS certificate and have experience working with students with SEN. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. A Level 2 qualification in English and maths is also required. The salary for this role is £100 per day, with the possibility of progression to higher rates based on performance and experience.
