About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for tutoring students on a 1:1 basis within their home, care home, or public venue to assist with GCSE or Functional Skills content. You will deliver tailored resources to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, write session reports to track progress and content covered, and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant qualifications and training for this position, as well as experience working with students who require additional support, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or SEMH. A competitive hourly rate of up to £30 per hour and flexible working patterns make this an attractive opportunity for those looking for a fulfilling career in education.
