About the Role:

RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a full-time, term-time position that requires a competitive salary of £24,500-£27,000 per annum (£450-£500 per week).

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and adapting learning materials, providing one-to-one or small group support, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and managing behaviour.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child development and be able to adapt your teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
