Job Summary

We're 1st Staff, a leading alternative provider of education and therapeutic services nationwide. As a Tutor with our team, you'll play a vital role in helping these students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering tuition sessions to students in a supportive and engaging manner
* Collaborating with our team to develop tailored lesson plans and understanding student needs
* Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track student progress

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, along with flexible working hours, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive support network. Requirements include an enhanced DBS check, two professional references, experience working with children, particularly those with SEN or SEMH needs, strong behaviour management skills, and a nurturing approach.
