Senior SEMH Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a strong and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social Emotional Mental Health needs in our alternative provision.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with challenging behaviour, particularly in a PRU or SEMH school setting. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and provide de-escalation techniques to manage physically and emotionally challenging behaviour.
